Jira

Connect a Jira Cloud project so the Silkra agent can create approved issues from crawl findings.

Summarize

Jira turns a crawl finding or URL into an issue in the project your workspace uses.

Connect and bind a project

  1. Open Settings with ⌘J, then choose Connectors → Jira.
  2. Select Connect and authorize the Atlassian account in the browser.
  3. Choose the Jira Cloud site.
  4. Choose the destination project and keep Available to agent on.

Both the site and project are required. The selected project is saved for this Silkra workspace.

Create an issue

Ask the agent to create a Jira issue from a finding, page, or recommendation. It prepares the title, description, and source URL, then pauses on an approval card. The issue is not created until you approve it.

Jira projects can require different fields and issue types. If Jira rejects an approved issue, check the destination project's required-field rules, then try again.

If the wrong projects appear, confirm the connected Atlassian account can access them. Use Reconnect if the authorization has expired.
