Crawl table
Filter rows, show and hide columns, select pages, and navigate from the main crawl table.
What it is
The crawl table is the default workbench after a crawl completes. Each row is a URL with extracted SEO, content, link, and intelligence fields. Hundreds of columns are available; a default set is visible on first open.
Filter bar
Natural-language filtering lives in the agent (manage_filters). The command bar is for precise queries.
| Shortcut | Action |
|---|---|
| ⌘K | Focus filter input |
| ⌘⌫ | Clear all filters |
| column:value | Filter syntax — picker suggests fields and operators |
Table shortcuts
| Shortcut | Action |
|---|---|
| ⌘O | Toggle column visibility |
| ⌘A | Select all visible rows |
| ⌘E | Export crawl |
| ⌘T | Return to table view |
Issue filter
The alert icon next to the filter bar opens the issue menu. Pick an issue to show only affected URLs. This is separate from column filters but uses the same chip row.
Column visibility
Open the columns panel from the command bar or press ⌘O. Toggle fields on or off by extraction group. Hidden columns stay in the schema — filters can still reference them and will reveal columns when needed.
Row selection
Click a row to open the inspector for that page. Shift-click and arrow keys extend selection. ⌘A selects all visible rows. Selected rows drive aggregate inspector tabs for entities, links, and semantic group summaries.
Filtered counts
When filters are active, the command bar shows visible count versus total rows in the crawl. Issue and column filters stack together.
Cross-navigation
From the table you can jump to the semantic map with the current filter spotlighting matching pages, or open Search to test retrieval against the same crawl. Context menus on rows support quick navigation between surfaces.
Export
Press ⌘E to export the crawl as CSV or JSON, or to Google Drive when connected. Choose visible columns or all columns.
Agent filters
The agent can add and remove table filters with manage_filters. Natural-language filtering is intended for the agent — the command bar is for precise column:value queries.
